Yes, we can customize the product and replace our brand name with yours on the box if your total bill exceeds ₹3,00,000.
Most of our ready-to-ship stock is silver-plated except Idols (God Statues). However, we can craft pieces in solid silver upon request for an additional cost.
Shipping costs vary depending on the item, weight, and delivery speed. Express shipping typically ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹2,000. For bulk orders, we use ground cargo shipping, which is more cost-effective (approximately ₹60–₹80 per kilo, depending on weight and location). We provide an exact shipping cost once the order is packed.
Shipping time depends on the location, generally it take anywhere between 2 to 8 days for the package to arrive depending the mode of shipment- ground or air.
Yes, they are as delicate as glass or pottery and should be handled with care. However, we pack them perfectly for shipping so there are no issues while shipping.

Our products are heavily silver-plated and coated with a protective lacquer to prevent tarnishing and fading. Additionally, we offer a one-year warranty on all our items. If you experience any issues, please contact us.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product for free, but claims must be made within this timeframe.
Yes, we can curate hampers by combining multiple items. For bulk orders of 50 or more, we can also include additional items beyond our standard product range.

For in-stock single pieces, shipping is next day. However, for production pieces, please allow a minimum of two weeks.

Bulk order timelines depends on product design and will be communicated before order placement. Most products are dispatched within one month, while Idols (God Murtis) and figure carvings may take up to three months, depending on the quantity.
